摘要
6-氨基青霉烷酸(6-APA)是重要的抗生素药物中间体之一,目前均采用青霉素酰化酶酶促裂解青霉素获得。本文介绍近年来青霉素酰化酶催化青霉素水解的研究进展,青霉素酰化酶的性质及其催化机理,青霉素酰化酶的固定化方法,青霉素酰化酶反应器的设计,反应介质工程的研究进展。
