摘要
胜任力研究与应用是当前管理心理学和人力资源管理领域的一个热点问题,与其相关的概念及研究成果正开始应用于教育领域。本文从概念分析入手,对高校教师胜任力的定义、模型构建以及高校教师胜任力测评三个方面进行了述评,同时指出目前国内外研究中的不足以及改进建议,并针对我国现状提出对未来高校教师胜任力研究的瞻望。对我国高校教师的选拔、培养与评价具有重要的理论与实践指导意义。
The research and application of competency is a hot issue in the fields of management psychology and human resources management, with which the relevant concepts and research outcomes are being applied to the education field. The paper begins with concept analysis, and reviews the definition, structure construction and testing of college teachers' competency. It points out the deficits in current research home and abroad and suggestions for improvement. According to China's present situation, the paper puts forward the prospect of research on college teachers' competency, which provides important theoretical and practical guide to college teachers' selection, cultivation and evaluation in China.
