摘要
病历属于医学文本，是科技文本的一个重要分支，除了具有科技文本共有的特点，病历还在遣词造句和语篇体裁上表现出独特的一面。本文尝试以纽马克的交际翻译法为理论依据，探讨汉英病历翻译中出现的各种问题，并提出相应的解决方案。
As one type of medical text, case report is an important branch of scientific and technological texts. Apart from the characteristics shared by all scientific and technical texts, case report also bears its unique features. This paper discusses the translation of Chinese case history through Newmark＇s ＂communicative approach＂, with the purpose to provide theoretical and practical guidance for case history translation.
