N端脑钠肽前体与心力衰竭的研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 脑钠肽和N端脑钠肽前体是心脏分泌的肽类激素。心力衰竭时,心室壁压力升高增加其分泌量。最近的研究发现N端脑钠肽前体是心力衰竭的诊断、预后、危险分层和个体化治疗有用的指标。本文综述近年来N端脑钠肽前体在心力衰竭中的研究进展。
