浅谈水泥混凝土工业低二氧化碳排放技术 被引量:22

摘要 人类活动所排放温室气体的10%来自水泥混凝土工业,水泥混凝土工业具有很大的减排潜力。研究低排放水泥和综合降低水泥生命周期碳排放技术是水泥工业可持续发展的重要课题。本文对水泥工业碳排放的来源进行了分析,利用LCA对水泥生命周期的碳排放量进行了定量计算,并对几种低碳排放水泥技术:碱激发水泥、石膏矿渣水泥、活性氧化镁水泥以及抛填骨料混凝土技术进行了综述。 It is estimated that about 10%of green house gas emission by human activities comes from cement-concrete industry,which shows great potentials for CO_2 emission reduction.To study the production of low carbon dioxide emission cement and to research the technology of carbon emission reduction within total life cycle of cement-concrete products are the important subjects for sustainable development of cement industry.In this paper,the carbon dioxide emission sources during cement production are analyzed and quantitative calculation for carbon dioxide emission in the total cement life cycle is conducted with the method of LCA(life cycle assessment),and several kinds of products with low carbon dioxide emission techniques are reviewed e.g.alkali activated cement, gypsum slag cement,reactive magnesia cement and coarse aggregate scattering-filling concrete product.
