The Development of Employability from the Perspective of Tacit Knowledge

摘要 缄默知识是一种重要的知识类型,它是关于如何去行动的知识,与人们所推崇的目标实现有关,并且这类知识需要通过个人亲身体验、实践和领悟来习得。就业能力实际上就是一种以就业为导向的缄默知识集合,它具有高度的主体性、强烈的情境驱动性,且与成长体验关联较大。根据就业能力结构的内涵,就业能力培训的内容主要包括三个方面:社会兼容度的培训、就业人格的培训和准职业形象的培训。在缄默知识的视角下,构建以"导师制"为核心,"虚拟现实技术"、"临床教学技术"为主要手段的三位一体的就业能力开发模式。 Tacit knowledge is an important type of knowledge. It is about how to take action and related to the highly esteemed goal achievement. Such knowledge has to be acquired through personal experience, practice and comprehension of it. Employment ability is actually an integration of different kinds of job-oriented tacit knowledge, which is characterized by a high degree of subjectivity and a strong drive by surroundings and situations and has more to do with people's experience of growth. The internal structure of employability requires that the following three be the major objectives for its training and development: the training of social compatibility, the training of employment personality, and the training of pre-employment professional image. From the perspective of tacit knowledge, the construction of a three-dimensional pattern for the development of employability has to involve the virtual reality technology, clinic teaching technology and its core, the tutorial system.
