The centralized control of the pollution from village and town factories have been put into practice for five years in Shishi City.The centralized control is a useful environment protective regulation for preventing environment deterioration and promoting economic increase.The experience on the centralized control was summarized and appropriate environmental policy,management system,and regulative measures for raising and utilising funds were advanced.
