谈环境影响评价报告中对印染精加工环节废水水质的分析

Introduction to the Analysis of the Quality of Dyeing and Finishing Wastewater in Textile Dyeing and Finishing on Environmental Impact Assessment

纺织工业建设项目是我国国民经济发展中的一大支柱产业,是环境影响评价工作中的重要项目类型之一,该类型项目对环境产生影响的主要是印染精加工环节产生的废水;文章通过介绍印染精加工环节各主要工序的生产工艺、生产条件和主要使用的化合物(前处理剂、染料及其助剂、整理剂等),分析产生的印染废水的特性,为环境影响评价工作者正确评估印染废水的水质提供参考。

The textile industry project is a major pillar industry in Chinese national economic development, and it is one of the importance project types of cnvironmental impact assessment （EIA）. The types of projects have the major impact on the environment is the dyeing and finishing wastewater. In the paper, all the major processes production technology of textile dyeing and finishing and the production conditions, and the main use of compound （pre-treatment agent, dyes and additives, finishing agent etc.） were introduced, also the characteristics of the dyeing wastcwater were analyzed, so as to provide a reference for the EIA workers to correctly assess the quality of dyeing and finishing wastewater.
