摘要
文章介绍了HP-5弱极性色谱柱代替非极性石英毛细管柱测定室内空气中的总挥发性有机物,并对该方法进行了包括标准曲线、精密度、回收率、准确度在内的验证性实验和空气样品的平行采样分析。通过对两种测定方法对比,HP-5弱极性色谱柱在精密度、回收率和准确度方面,都符合室内空气中总挥发性有机物国家标准分析的要求。该方法适合快速测定室内空气中总挥发性有机物的含量,具有快捷、成本低的优点。
The inspection indoor TVOC detected by weak polarity column HP-5 instead of non-polar silica capillary column was introduced in the paper. Confirmatory experiment of weak polarity column HP-5 including standard curve, precision, recovery, accuracy and parallel sampling analysis of air sample were done. The weak polarity column HP-5 accorded with the national standard method of TVOC in precision, recovery and accuracy through comparison. The method was suitable to inspect the indoor TVOC, had fast and cheap cost advantages.
