摘要
当构架位于蒙皮下时,构架的各杆件与蒙皮之间存在着一定的间隙,间隙的大小一般在0~200 mm之间。过小的间隙对构架上表面和蒙皮下表面的防腐处理造成了较大的困难。所以当罐内介质腐蚀性较强,或罐顶防腐施工条件比较差的时候,选用外构架网顶就是一个比较好的解决方法。文章介绍了适用于中小型储油罐的外构架网壳顶的类型和结构特点,其后着重介绍和讨论了经纬向外构架网壳顶的基本设计原则和方法。
When frame under roof plates, there shall be a clearance between frame and the undersurface of roof plates, whose mesurement is normally only from 0-200 mm, which makes anticorrosion difficult to the undersurface of roof plates. It's a better solution to use external rafter doom roof on the occasion of medium of high causticity or difficult to paint on the undersurface of roof plates.The paper introduced the types and structure characteristics of external rafter doom roof suitable for small and medium vertical cylindrical steel tanks, and then focused on introducing and discussing the basic design principles and methods of longitude and latitude directional external rafter doom roof frame.
