摘要
通过对475t/h CFB锅炉结构上的分析,和对超温问题情况的介绍,进一步对引起超温问题的主要原因来分析。根据这些分析的原因,在运行和结构改造方面,提出防止屏式过热器超温的技术措施,提高CFB锅炉机组的运行效率。
Through analysis of structure of CFB boiler, and introduction of overheating problem , analysis of the main causes of overheating problem . In view of the causes, a technical measure to prevent overheating is put forward in the paper in terms of operation and structure renovation, enhancesing the operation efficiency of CFB boiler.
