滑参数停机可以使汽轮机缸体、转子及锅炉本体尤其是各联箱得到均匀而迅速的冷却,缩短机组停机至检修的时间。本文结合天津大唐国际盘山发电有限责任公司600MW机组滑参数停机的操作过程,从机组滑参数停机的准备工作、停机曲线的确定、参数控制方法及限值、机组负荷停留点的选择、减温水的使用、回热系统使用等方面总结了停机过程中的操作、控制等经验,提出了滑参数停机操作过程中的注意事项。

Variable parameters shutdown can make turbine cylinder, rotator, boiler proper, especially, cooling quickly and evenly, which shortens the time from shutdown to maintain. The operation process of variable parameters shutdown in DTP 600 MW unit is introduced in this paper, it includes preparation for variable parameters shutdown, ascertain shutdown curve, parameters controlling methods and quota, choose load residence point, usage of desuperheater spray and regenerative system. The operating and controlling experience is concluded, the matters that should be noticed are put forward.
