摘要
客运专线车站作业计划编制包括接发列车作业计划编制和调车作业计划编制。利用排序理论和两阶段法,以总晚点数最小、总延误时间最小、冗余时间大和股道均衡使用为目标建立客运专线车站作业计划编制模型,并确定约束条件,提出生成初始可行计划和调整作业计划两阶段算法,以及设计步骤。以北京南站为例,说明模型的运用方法。
The station operation programming for passenger-dedicated lines includes programming for train receiving and dispatching, as well as for marshalling. Basing on the ordering theory and two-stage methodology, the model of station operation programming for passengerdedicated lines is established with the purpose of minimizing the number of delays and the total delayed time, realizing big time redundancy and balanced utilization of tracks, and the restrictions are defined. The two-stage methodology which could generate initiatively feasible plan and adjust operation plan is put forward and the design steps are given. The application of the model is proved by taking example of Beijing South Station.
