我国排球联赛裁判员队伍基本现状的调查研究

On the Current Situation of Referees in China Volleyball League

运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、访谈等方法,对我国排球联赛裁判员进行调查研究,结果表明,我国排球联赛裁判员队伍的基本现状为:地域分布不均,性别结构失衡,临场执裁任务完成良好,职业结构比较合理,总体英语水平及科研水平相对较低,年轻裁判尚存在一定的差距.而裁判员的培养管理体制有待进一步完善.

Through investigating the current situation of the referees who participating in the volleyball league matches, by using the method of statistics, questionair, documentary and interview, result shows that the territorial distribution of China volleyball league referees is out of balance, the structure of sex is dislocated, reasonable profession structure, the gener- al level of English and researching ability is relatively low, good performent on the league matches, the young referees having a long way to go, the management and training method must be improved further.
