牛胰蛋白酶抑制剂研究进展
摘要
牛胰蛋白酶抑制剂具用广泛的蛋白酶抑制活性,在机体中参与凝血、纤溶、细胞迁移、细胞分化、调亡和炎症反应等,在临床上应用于细胞调亡、凝血、骨质疏松和肿瘤等的治疗。本文综述了牛胰蛋白酶抑制剂的分子结构和功能及生物学特性,牛胰蛋白酶抑制剂的临床应用及对脏器保护的应用等进行探讨。
