摘要
土地行政处罚对保护土地资源，促进土地生态经济系统持续发展具有重大影响。本文论述了土地行政处罚的概念、特征及其构成，明确了土地行政处罚与土地行政处分，土地监察的关系。
Land administrative punishment plays an important role in protecting land resources and promoting sustainable development of land biological economy system.In this article the conception,characteristics and constitution for land administrative punishment were discussed,and the relations between land administrative punishmint, land administrative disciplinary measures and land supervision were noticed.
