摘要
复合材料板、金属面板乃至装饰板材的复合夹层结构和蜂窝夹层结构在现代建筑和交通器材领域取得了广泛应用,实现这些结构的室温粘接具有成本和工艺上的优势。我院研制的J-133B(AE)结构胶黏剂就是可适用于这种粘接的室温固化胶黏剂系列。该胶黏剂体系中Ⅱ、Ⅲ型胶黏剂兼有良好的爬升性能和适宜的流淌性能,因而固化后上、下板与蜂窝芯间剥离强度一致,保证了试件的强度和可靠性,从而简化了固化工艺、提高了生产效率。论述了J-133B(AE)室温固化结构胶黏剂体系的固化使用条件、力学性能和耐久性。
The sandwich and honey comb structures of composite, metal and structural panels are widely used in modem architecture and transport, therefore making these structures bond at room temperature will bring advantages of cost and technology. J - 133B(AE) is a series of room temperature curing adhesives developed for these bonding. Ⅱ and Ⅲ adhesive of this series adhesive systems have good climbing performance and proper flowability. The peel strength of the sandwich structure of honeycomb core is uniform after curing, and the good strength and reliability of samples are guaranteed. The curing process is simplified and the production efficiency is improved. In this paper, the performances and durability of J -133B( AE)are introduced.
