新型农村合作医疗补偿资金的分布特点研究——贵州省H县实证研究

Analysis on the Distribution Characteristic of the Compensating Fund of New Rural Cooperation Medical:An Empirical Study of H County in Guizhou Province

本文分析了贵州省H县新型农村合作医疗补偿资金在医疗机构和参合群体之间的分布现状及其原因,发现参合农户的日常就诊行为、医疗机构的技术水平和统一的补偿方案对补偿资金在医疗机构和参合群体之间的分布有很大的影响,文章还结合实际对补偿资金合理分布提出了相应的建议。

This paper analyzes the distribution characteristic of the compensating fund of new rural cooperation medical between the medical institution and the participation farms in H County in Guizhou Province,and also analyzes the reason of the distribution characteristic of the compensating fund.It is concluded that the daily diagnosis of participations,the technique level of medical institution and the compensating project have a significant effect on the distribution characteristic of the compensating fund.Some advice for the rational distribution of compensating fund is also brought forward in this paper.
