摘要
针对如何确定备件数量及其在各级保障站点如何分配的问题,在系统级可用度分析基础上,将边际效应分析方法用于备件优化模型,经计算得出各类备件数量及其在各级保障站点库存分配数量,得到一个优化的备件初始配置方案,该方案可使系统可用度在一定费用约束下达到最大或在达到一定的系统可用度要求时所花费用最小。
In order to solve problems of how to determine the number of spares and how to distribute them in multi-echelon support stations, a method of system availability analysis based on the marginal effect is given. This method is used to the model of spare optimization, and an initial spare support scheme is gained through computation. This scheme includes spares number and its distribution solutions, which can make system availability maximum under a certain extent of cost, or spend the lowest when system availability reaches a certain degree.
