摘要
针对当前嵌入型数控系统数据传输的问题,基于ARM和ZigBee技术,为嵌入型ARM数控系统增加无线通信接口,并设计ARM网关负责网络管理、外部连接和数据分发,实现数控系统之间的无线组网。实验证明该方法简单易行,既能保证数控系统的加工效率,又能获得满意的数据传输准确率和数据传输速率。
In order to settle problems of data transmission in embedded NC system, the wireless network of embedded NC system with interface of wireless communication for embedded ARM NC system has been designed based on ARM and ZigBee technologies, and ARM gateway is also added to manage the network, external connectivity and data distribution. Experimental results showed that the improved method which was implemented easily can guarantee the processing efficiency of NC system with satisfied accuracy and data transmission speed.
