摘要
原用210类酸铜光亮剂在生产中因不明原因造成故障频繁。为此,开发了一种微染料两液型酸铜光亮剂。实验室研究及生产试用表明,低Jc区光亮性良好。250mL霍尔槽1A搅拌镀9min,试片除低区1.5cm内光亮但不足以填平砂路,其余范围可达镜面光亮。介绍了这类光亮剂的配制原则及使用中应注意的问题。
When 210 type brighteners were used for acidic copper electroplating,failure induced by unknown reasons occurred frequently.Thus a dual-liquid based on micro dye was developed for acidic copper electroplating.The technical knows how about the formulation of this type of brighteners and the issues to be focused on their application are introduced.Research at lab and pilot field tests indicated that the brightener was capable of keeping good brightness within low Jk region.After being coating in a 250 mL of Hull trough at a current density of 1 A/dm2 and for a duration of 9 min,the coated plates were bright within low region of 1.5 cm but inadequate to cover the polished scratches,and mirror bright coating was formed within remnant region.
