金刚石砂轮的雾气中放电修整技术 被引量:3

摘要 提出基于电火花加工原理的雾气中放电在线修整金刚石砂轮方法.利用电火花成形机床进行雾气中电火花修锐青铜结合剂金刚石砂轮的实验,研究了修整过程中的不同放电参数对修整效率的影响.用VH-800三维数字显微镜观察电火花修锐前后金刚石砂轮表面的微观形貌,考察了砂轮修锐前后表面峰点高度分布的变化,比较了不同放电参数作用下不同的修锐效果.实验证明,雾气中电火花放电技术应用于金刚石砂轮的修锐是可行的,雾气中放电对金属结合剂金刚石砂轮进行修锐时存在一个合适的修锐参数范围,在该范围内修锐可以获得较好的效果. A mist-jetting electrical discharge truing and dressing technology was proposed. Experiments on dressing bronze bonded diamond grind wheels were carried out on a die-sinking electrical discharge machine. The influences of different electrical parameters on wheel dressing efficiency were studied. The diamond wheel topographies before and after electrical discharge dressing were observed by VH-800 three-dimension digital microscope. The wheel profiles before and after dressing were observed. The results of e- lectrical discharge dressing under different electrical parameters were compared. The experiments results indicate the favorable surface topography can be obtained under suitable processing parameters and mistjetting electrical discharge truing and dressing are feasible for metal-bonded diamond grinding wheel.
