摘要 分析连续退火微合金双相(DP)钢各微观相的弹塑性变形行为,根据Eshelby等效夹杂模型和Mori-Tanaka平均场理论,采用Tomota增量变形方法,计算了DP钢拉伸应力应变曲线,与实际的拉伸曲线做了分析比较,并讨论了新铁素体对微合金双相钢屈服强度的影响.结果表明,该应力应变计算模型综合考虑了连续退火微合金DP钢微观组织性能与宏观力学性能的内在联系,更准确地描述了材料的变形行为,能够很好预测连续退火微合金DP钢的拉伸曲线. Using the stepwise approach of Tomota, the flow stress of a continuous annealed microalloyedDP steel was calculated from the stress of individual constituent phases on the basis of a continuum model whereby the Eshelby inclusion theory and the Mori-Tanaka mean field theory are combined. A comparison of stress-strain curves determined from the model and experimentally derived stress-strain curves for an CMn-Nb type DP800 steel gives satisfactory agreement.
