摘要
通过建立一种加入直接心室辅助的心室循环系统的简便模型,对正常健康、心力衰竭和直接心室辅助作用下的血液动力学进行了仿真分析,同时也就加入直接心室辅助的实时控制方式作了对比.仿真结果表明,直接心室辅助明显改善了心衰时的血液动力学性能.建模仿真为进一步研究人体血液循环系统的生理状态、新型心室辅助装置的结构设计以及提供更加符合人体生理机能和血液动力学性能的控制方法奠定了基础.
A convenient model of human circulatory system with direct cardiac compression device (DCC) was established. Using this model, hemodynamical simulations of healthy heart, heart failure and the effect of DCC were studied. The real-time controls of DCC were also discussed. The numerical simulations show that DCC improves the cardiovascular hemodynamics of heart failure. This model will further help for the physiological study of the human cardiovascular system, the structure designs of the novel DCC de- vices and control system of meeting well the physiological needs of human cardiovascular hemodynamics.
