梳棉机基础状态对纺专器材上机影响的分析

Analysis of the Impact of Elemental Status of the Card on Tex-accessories and Parts in Operation

为了改善梳棉机的基础状态、针布状态,提高产品质量,对梳棉机除尘状态、自停限位及设备状态、辅机加工状态、工艺上车执行等问题进行了分析,指出保证除尘系统状态和自停限位状态是设备基础的保障依据,辅机加工状态是保证专件加工精度达到使用要求,使纺专器材能上车使用的标准,两者的结合为产品质量的提升提供保障;同时,应抓好设备日常维护与保养工作,确保包针布齿条前筒体的直线度、圆柱度、径向跳动等,以保证针布的耐磨度和锋利度。

Aiming at improving the elemental status of the card,the card clothing performance and product quality,analysis is done to the duster,self-stop limiter and the equipment,the auxilliary equipment and the process.It proves that the duster and the self-limiter are elemental to the equipment.The auxilliary equipment is important to the precision of the part machining to meet the demand of the operation requirement.The integration of the both is a guarantee for product quality.Daily equipment maintenance and overhauling is necessary for maintaining linearity,roundness and radial skip of the cylinder before mounting the card clothing so to keep card clothing abrasion-resistance and sharpness.
