摘要
为了比较邵尔A硬度为63度～65度高弹性、低硬度表面不处理胶辊对提高成纱质量的关键作用,从胶辊的物理机械性能角度分析了胶辊胶料分散度对其表面粗糙度的影响,并从回弹性和抗静电性方面说明了NFR-W888-2胶辊的优越性。指出该胶辊具有抗绕性好、弹性好,表面光滑、耐磨,适纺性强、适温性好,可明显提高成纱质量。
In order to know the importance of the surface non-treatment cot with hi-elasticity and low hardness（Shore A hardness 63～65） to the quality of the resultant yarn,analysis is done to the impact of dispersity of the rubber material of the cot on the surface coarseness of the cot mechanically.Introduction is done to the advantages of the cot NFR-W888-2 as to the come-back and static resistance.Conclusion is made that the cot is of good entangling resistance,good elasticity,smooth surface,abrasion resistance,wide application,good temperature compatible,thus markedly improving quality of resultant yarn.
