摘要
为了改善单轴并联式(ISG)混合动力系统能量回收效率较低等不足,提出了一套新型ISG混合动力总成方案,该方案取消了变速器,安装了2个自动离合器,并采用较大功率的电动机.根据汽车动力学理论计算了车辆在中国典型城市等多种工况下的需求动力,设计了新方案动力总成的基本参数;分别建立了新方案与ISG混合动力系统的仿真模型.仿真结果表明,新方案的动力性和经济性均比ISG混合动力系统有着不同程度的提高.
A new single-axle parallel hybrid electronic system was proposed, which installs two automatic clutches and a high power motor, and the transmission is eliminated. The structural differences between this system and the integrated starter and generator (ISG) hybrid electronic vehicle were analyzed. The new system's powertrain parameters were designed effectively by statistical analysis of vehicle's power re quirements during the Chinese Typical Civic Drive Cycle, Manhattan Bus Drive Cycle, and UK Bus Drive Cycle. Simulation models and control strategies of the two systems were also established. The simulation results show that the motility and fuel economy of the new system are both improved effectively compared with the ISG hybrid electronic vehicle.
