重庆非公有经济创业与统筹城乡发展

Harmonious urban-rual development on the perspective of the venture of non-public economy

文章从激励非公有经济自主创业、创造就业岗位,转移农村剩余劳动力的视角出发,演绎出重庆非公有经济创业促进统筹城乡发展基本规律,建立非公有经济创业与统筹城乡发展的实证模型。研究发现,重庆非公有经济对统筹城乡发展的贡献在于吸收农村剩余劳动力;对重庆规模以上的非公企业的发展、城乡布局、平衡城乡发展有重要影响。最后提出了相应的政策建议。

From the perspectives of encouraging non- public venture establishment, creating employment opportunities and transferring surplus labor in rural area, this paper explores the basic rules of urban- rural development promoted by Chongqing non- public venture establishment and sets up an empirical model for non- public venture establishment and urban- rural development. The results shows that the contribution made by Chongqing non - public venture for the urban- rural development lies in absorbing surplus labor and has substantial influence on the development of Chongqing non- public ventures, layout of urban- rural area and balancing development of urban- rural areas. At last, the corresponding policies advice is put forward.
