沟眶象成虫肠道好氧及兼性厌氧菌群的研究

Study of Aerobes and Facultative Anaerobes in Intestine of Eucryptorrhynchus chinenis Adult

对沟眶象(Eucryptorrhynchus chinenis)成虫的肠道菌群进行了分离和鉴定.结果表明,葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)是优势菌群.同时,还分离出了芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、邻单胞菌属(Plesiomonas)、芽孢八叠球菌属(Sporasarcina)、奈瑟氏球菌属(Neisseria)、耶尔森氏菌属(Yersinia)、埃希氏菌属(Escherichia)、弧菌属(Vibrio)等共9个属.利用纤维素碳源培养基分离到了纤维素降解菌,它们与沟眶象营养及消化生理可能有极为密切的关系.

Intestinal flora of Eucryptorrhynchus chinenis adult were isolated and identified. The results showed that the predominant bacteria were Staphylococcus. Meanwhile, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Plesiomonas, Sporasarcina, Neisseria, Yersinia, Escherichia and Vibrio were also isolated. Celluloseutilizing bacterium was isolated by the culture medium which carbon source is cellulose, perhaps they are important to Eucryptorrhynchus chinenis nutrition and digest.
