摘要
目的:为了提高装备的战场生存能力,满足现代战争的需求,设计研制了四板联动方舱。方法:从方舱的基本形式、液压系统、方舱气密性、方舱控制系统等几个方面详细阐述了四板联动方舱的设计,并对该四板联动方舱进行了气密性、高低温、整车可靠性等试验。结果:四板联动方舱实现了机械化自动扩展与液压自动调平,常态密封与充气密封相结合的密封方式提高了扩展方舱的密封性。结论:四板联动方舱性能稳定可靠,符合设计要求。
Objective To design and produce a four-board-linkage shelter in order to improve the survival ability in warfield and grant the demand of modern war. Methods The design of the four-board-linkage shelter was elaborated detailedly from the basic form, hydraulic pressure system, the airproof and the control system. Tests concerning airproof, temperature, full reliability and some other performances of the four-board-linkage shelter were also performed. Results Automatic extension and hydraulic leveling were realized. The performance of airproof was improved by utilizing both normal sealing and inflated sealing. Conclusion Being firm and reliable, the four-board-linkage shelter meets the demand.
