摘要
本文采用毛细管超临界流体色谱法(CSFC)对多元醇型非离子表面活性剂失水山梨醇(SPan)进行了分离与定量研究,并与高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行了对比.实验结果表明:Span是失水山梨醇单、二、三、四脂肪酸酯的复杂混合物,其中单酯含量<50%,亲水亲油平衡值(HLB值)与Span的化学组成之间存在相应的定量关系用CSFC法分析Span型表面活性剂比HPLC法具有明显的优越性.
Capillary supercritical fluid chromatography (CSFC) is used to separate and determine polyol non-ionic surfactants Span in this paper, and the results are compared with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results indicate that Span is mixture composed of sorbitan mono (fatty acid ester), Sorbitan di (fatty acid ester), sorbitan tri (fatty acid ester) and sorbitan tetra (fatty acid ester). Sorbitan mono (fatty acid ester)of which accounts for less than 50 percent. There is quantitative relevance between HLB and chemical compositions of Span. CSFC has an advantage over HPLC on the analysis of polyol non-ionic Span.
