摘要
采用固相微萃取技术分离菊苣浸膏的挥发性成分,用GC/MS联用技术分析鉴定,对总离子流色谱的峰面积进行归一化定量.共鉴定出38种化学成分,占总峰面积的91.76%.其主要成分为9,12-十八碳二烯酸乙酯、香豆素、十六酸乙酯、9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸乙酯、油酸乙酯、苯丙酸乙酯、苯乙酸乙酯、十五酸乙酯等.使用85!mPA作为萃取纤维,并从萃取温度、萃取时间、离子强度的影响及解吸时间等方面进行了优化,为菊苣浸膏的合理使用提供了依据.
Volatile components in chicory concrete were analyzed by GC-MS with solid phase microextraction (SPME),and their relative contents determined by area normalization, 38 constituents were identified,which accounted for 91.76 % of concrete. 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid, ethyl ester, 2H-1-Benzopyran-2-one, Hexadecanoic acid,ethyl ester, 9, 12, 15-Octadecatrien-l-ol, Ethyl Oleate etc are the major volatile components in the concrete. In SPME experiments, 85 μm PA fiber was used. The factors affecting quantitative results, including absorption time, absorption temperature, ionic strength and desorption time are discussed.
