彩色多谱勒检测颈动脉血流对单纯性主动脉瓣关闭不全的评估

Application of color doppler flow imaging inaortic regurgitation trough the carotid artery

目的:应用彩色多谱勒技术检测颈动脉血流用于评估单纯性主动脉瓣关闭不全。方法:检测33例主动脉瓣关闭不全的患者的颈动脉血流频谱,并对比31例正常患者。结果:主动脉瓣关闭不全的患者的颈动脉可以观测到舒张期异常反向血流,其发生率和返流时间/全舒张期时间比值(△T/T)与主动脉瓣膜关闭不全的程度有关。结论:彩色多谱勒技术检测颈动脉血流可用于评估主动脉瓣关闭不全的程度。

Objective：To evaluate the application of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI）in aortic regurgitation（AR）though detect the carotid artery.Methods：Twenty-three patients with AR were studied by CDFI.Results：The patients with AR can be detect contrary blood flow signal in the carotid artery,the ratio and the △T/T are related to the level of AR.Conclusions：Detecting the carotid artery with CDFI can be used to evaluate the level of AR.
