摘要
介绍了大孔吸附树脂的分类、吸附原理、影响吸附因素及其在中药、抗生素、生化药物的分离纯化过程中的应用。
The classification,adsorbing principles,influencing factors and applications of macroporous adsorption resins in natural products research are discussed in this paper. They are satisfactorily application to the separation and purification of traditional Chinese medicines, antibiotics and biochemical medicines.
