针对炼钢转炉除尘系统在生产过程中暴露出来的设计缺陷,进行分析、论证,重点介绍如何进行改造优化,从而有效地降低粉尘排放浓度和岗位粉尘浓度,降低电耗,优化操作。

In view of the design limitation of the converter dust removal system exposed in the production process in steelmaking this paper analyzes, reiterates and introduces how to revamp and optimize the system to reduce the density of dust emission and the dust density around the operating post and cut down the consumption of electricity and finally optimize the operating practice.
