摘要
建立了HPLC法测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因含量的方法。色谱柱为HypersilBDSC1(84.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(40∶60),检测波长为216nm,流速为1.0mL/min。进行了系统适用性、回收率和精密度等方法学研究。对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因线性范围分别为100~800μg/mL(r=0.9991)、10~80μg/mL(r=0.9993)。平均回收率分别为100.6%、99.5%,RSD分别为0.62%、0.68%(n=9)。该法准确、快速、简便,适于氨咖黄敏胶囊的含量测定。
To develop a HPLC method for the determinations of paracetamol, caffine in Ankahuangmin capsules. Hypersil BDS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used and the mobile phase was methanol-water (40 : 60).The detection wavelength was at 216 nm, The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, The system suitability test, recovery test and repeatability test were carried out to evaluate the applicability of the method. The calibration curves for paracetamol, caffine were linear over the range of 100-800 μg/mL (r=0. 9991), 10-80 μg/mL (r=0. 999 3). The average recoveries were 100. 6%, 99. 5%, RSD=0. 62%, and 0. 68% (n=9). The method was accurate, rapid and simple, being applicable for the assay of paracetamol, caffine in Ankahuangmin capsules.
