摘要
提出一种基于分割的肝癌三维可视化方法。利用动态自适应区域生长算法分别把肝脏、肿瘤以及肝内血管从图像中提取出来;通过调用VTK开发包中的MC面绘制三维重建算法,对这些器官和组织进行三维绘制。这种方法分割准确,重建的三维器官模型立体感强,形态逼真,便于观察肿瘤与其它器官组织的空间位置关系。
A method of 3D visualization for liver cancer based on segmentation was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the liver, the tumor as well as the blood vessel were segmented from the images separately, using the dynamic auto - adapted region growth algorithm; then through transferring the MC surface reconstruction algorithm in VTK package, these organ three -dimensional models were Obtained. The experiment result shows that these models have very strong stereoscopic effect and is good for doctor to diagnose.
