摘要
实现仪器可互换性和TPS(测试程序集)重用性、可移植性是通用ATS(自动测试系统)的发展方向,同样有效地在各单位之间互相交换所需要的信息和数据,可以大大地缩短系统开发时间、故障诊断时间和维护时间,提高工作效率,节省投资费用。论述了在新的ATE信息交换标准ATML(自动测试标记语言)基础上的自动测试系统软件的设计和实现。
To implement interchangeability of instruments and reuse of TPS( test program sets) is the develop trend of ATS( automatic test system). Also in order to develop and use the ATE( automatic test equipment) products effectively and save the cost, it is necessary to share the test information and data among the enterprises and users. The design and implementation of ATS based on ATML ( automatic test makeup language), a new XML-based standard for ATE information and data exchange, are introduced briefly.
