摘要
结合生物作用机理,提出缺氧生物吸附活性污泥法生物脱氮(ABSAS工艺)工艺,在小试的基础上,进行了中试研究。结果表明,通过强化缺氧吸附作用可提高反硝化作用速率,在仅有污泥回流而无硝化混合液回流的前提下,TN去除仍可达60%~80%。在冬季(8~13℃)进水NH+4-N60mg/L左右、HRT10小时时,NH+4-N去除率达88%以上,出水小于15mg/L。此工艺具有很好的工业应用前景,可在设备投资增加不大的情况下。
In this paper,author suggusted an anoxic biosorption activated sludge process (ABSAS process) for nitrogen removal from domestic wastewater, according to the biological treatment mechanism,with pilot test at the base of model test. The results show this process is available;the denitrification rate can be increased through prompting the anoxic biosorption, at the condition of only return sludge but not return mixed liquid; and the nitrification is also very stable. At influent NH + 4 N of approximately 60 mg/L,the NH + 4 N removal rate can reach 88% in winter and 93% in summer,with the effluent NH + 4 N of <15 mg/L. The ABSAS process can be used to upgrade the traditional oxic activated sludge wastewater treatment technology for nitrogen removal.
