摘要
国际电工委员会标准IEC61000—4—2:2001修改了对位于受试设备下方的水平耦合板施加放电的实验方法。按照新的和旧的实验方法对水平耦合板上的电场和磁场分布进行了研究,并比较2种不同厂商生产的静电放电模拟器在水平耦合板上产生的电场和磁场。实验研究得到:当放电枪的位置由原来的垂直位置改为水平位置放电时,水平耦合板上测的电场和磁场值都变小,不同品牌模拟器之间产生的场的一致性有所提高,但仍存在一定的局限性。
The method on the Horizontal Coup of indirect ESD testing is revised by IEC. The distribution of E-fields and H-fields ling Plane (HCP) is analyzed and the comparison between the distribution of the two different simulators is made according to the new method and old method. From the experiments, several conclusions are drawn:Using a horizontal simulator position instead of a vertical position in indirect application, the measurements of the fields on the HCP show that the amplitude of E-fields and H-fields decreases and the field consistency of the different simulators is improving, but there are still some limitations.
