摘要
抗性淀粉是一类不被健康人体小肠吸收的淀粉及其水解物总称。该文介绍国内外近年来抗性淀粉生理功能方面研究进展,包括预防、缓解、治疗便秘,控制糖尿病,促进类脂、胆固醇代谢,促进矿物质吸收,增强疾病抵抗力等;以期推动我国淀粉研究进一步发展,加快我国淀粉类农产资源开发利用。
Resistant starch is floorboard of non-assimilation starch and its hydrolysate by normal human small intestine. The research advance on physiological function of resistant starch was introduced in the paper, including preventing, lightening and curing constipation; controlling diabetes; facilitating metabolism of lipoid and cholesterol: facilitating assimilation of minerals et al, so as to push forward starch research and to accelerate exploitation and utilization of farm produce resource.
