摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取复方玉屏风挥发油,用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用方法(GC-MS)结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用峰面积归一化法得出各化学成分的相对百分含量,并与单味药材挥发油成分进行对比.从复方玉屏风挥发油中分离出124个峰,确认了其中63种化学成分,占挥发油总量的70.51%,其组成不同于单味药材挥发油.复方挥发油成分并非构成复方的单味药材挥发油成分的简单加和.
The volatile oil of yupingfeng compound was extracted by steam distillation, analyzed by capillary GC-MS techniques and elucidated by the standard mass spectral data. The relative content of each component was determined with area normalization method. Compare the results with the data of the volatile oil from single drugs. 124 peaks were separated from the volatile oil of yupingfeng compound, and 63 of them were identified, which accounted for 70. 51% of the total essential oil amount. The main constituents of volatile oil from yupingfeng compound are not the simple addition of those in single drugs. The results provide scientific proof for further development of yupingfeng compound preparations.
