A Brief Approach on the Design of Oil Pipelines Crossing Severe Cold Forest Regions

在高寒林区进行大型输油管道建设与在一般地区建设有很大不同。通过分析冻土地段管道线路工程的特殊性,阐述了在不同性质的冻土地地段进行建设时,如何在采用破坏性原则设计和保护冻土原则设计之间进行选择,并介绍了多种管道敷设方法。论述了在高寒林区进行站场建设、工艺优化、防火工程及环保工程的设计思路和处理原则。

There was a great deal of difference between severe cold forest regions and ordinary regions for the construction of large oil pipelines. On the basis of analyzing the specific characteristics of pipelines crossing frozen zone,selections between the destructive principle and the protective principle in the pipelines crossing different types of frozen zone were described. Several pipelining methods were introduced. The design idea and the management principles of stations construction,process optimization,prevention against forest fires,and environment protection along the pipelines were put forward.
