波前结合虹膜识别引导的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术矫正近视及近视散光 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨波前结合虹膜识别引导的LASIK治疗近视及近视散光的疗效。方法:将136例接受近视手术的患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组:66例(129眼),应用波前结合虹膜识别引导的LASIK治疗;对照组:70例(136眼),接受常规LASIK手术治疗。随访6~12个月,对比观察两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组122眼(94.57%)术后裸眼视力达1.0,对照组有121眼(88.97%);治疗组和对照组最佳矫正视力提高1行以上的患者分别为68眼(52.71%)和37眼(27.21%);两者比较差异非常显著(P〈0.01)。瞳孔为6mm时,对照组的术后高阶像差RMS值明显增加,增幅达99.75%,治疗组虽也有增加,但增幅仅为39.9%。结论:波前结合虹膜识别引导的LASIK治疗近视及近视散光的准确性和视觉质量优于常规LASIK手术。 Objective: To study the clinical results of correction of myopia and myopic astigmatism by wavefront guided LASIK with iris recognization. Methods: 265 eyes of 136 patients with myopia and myopic astigmatism were randomly divided into iris recognization and wavefront guided LASIK group (129 eyes of 66 cases) and conventional LASIK group (136 eyes of 70 cases). The cycloductions were observed during the operation and the changes of myopia and astigmatism were examined in 6 months after the operation. Results:After postoperative 6 months, the UCVA of all eyes was satisfied. 68 eyes (52. 71%). gained over 1 line of BSCVA in iris recognization and wavefront guided LASIK group, 37 eyes (27.21%) in the conventional LASIK group and there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0. 01). When pupillary distance was 6 mm, the high recorder of RMS increased by 99. 75% in the conventional LASIK group and only 39. 9% in the iris recognization wavefront guided LASIK group, and the postoperative glare was statistic difference between the two groups(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The wavefront guided LASIK with iris recognization has better results of correction of myopia and myopic astigmatism than the conventional LASIK.
