In the view of the strategy partnership development under the supply chain pattern, and with the application of the extension decision theroy, this article proposed the four stages of the supply chain strategy partnership development, constructed a extension decision model to monitor the development of the supply chain strategy partnership on the basis of real-time achievements, and provided one kind of new view for enterprises on the supply chain.
