论多元智能与新英语课程标准的整合

The Integration between Multiple Intelligences Theory and New English Curriculum Standard

新英语课程标准的颁布标志着我国基础英语教育进入一个新的时代。新课程应顺应时代的发展的需要,改变应试教育的弊端,以关注学生整体和终生的发展为目标。本文借鉴了加德纳的多元智能理论,阐述多元智能理论与我国传统教育中的相似点,为新英语课程标准提供其理论基础。指出在新英语课程中多元智能理论具有可操作性,以及对现代教育具有重要的现实意义。

The issue of New English Course＇ Standard is a sign of Chinese English education entering into a new era. The new course meets with the requirement of our day and changes the disadvantages of examination -focused education, paying attention to students＇ overall development and life- long study. In this article, using the Muhiple Intelligences theory as reference, find out the similarities between the Muhiple Intelligences and Chinese traditional education. The Multiple Intelligences theory can be regarded as the theory basis for new English course standard and can be practiced in real English teaching. Besides of these, the Multiple Intelligences has great significance in modern English education.
