现在高校全面开始的"两课"已将原《思想道德修养》与《法律基础》课合并为《思想道德修养与法律基础》,这样《思想道德修养与法律基础》就承担着非法律专业大学生法治观教育的主渠道作用。由于各种原因当代大学生法律意识淡薄,因此必须大力加强大学生法律知识教学,为此高校应改革当前的《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教学模式。
