摘要
专业化的教师队伍建设已经成为我国教育改革的重要组成部分,也成为这场教育改革成败的关键。新一轮音乐教育课程改革对音乐教师专业化发展提出了许多新要求,音乐教师要尽快接受新的音乐教育观念,不断更新学科知识和及时调整智能结构,树立新型课程观。音乐教师专业化的内涵主要包括三个方面:专业知识、专业技能和专业情意。为了更好地促进音乐教师的专业化发展,需要改革现行的高等师范音乐教育教师培养模式,加强音乐教师个体的教学反思,完善音乐教师培养制度,严格音乐教师的资格认证。
The construction of professional teacher team has become an important part of education reform in China and the key whether the reform will succeed or not. The new reform of music education curriculum has brought forward many new requirements for the music teachers. Therefore, the music teachers must accept new music education ideas, update the knowledge of subject, adjust the intelligence structure and build up the new curriculum ideas. The specialization of music teachers includes professional knowledge, professional skills and professional affection. In order to promote the development of music teacher' s specialization, the training mode of music teachers in current normal college needs to be reformed, music teachers' reflection to teaching should be enhanced, the cultivation system needs improving and the attestation of music teachers' qualification should be more strict.
