摘要
本文以语言学家索绪尔的理论为依据,讨论了在外语学习中如何正确处理好"语言"与"言语"的辩证关系。认为外语学习中不仅要重视语言能力的提高,还要加强言语能力的培养,在区分语言和言语两个不同概念的基础上,遵循语言发展的基本规律,通过培养学习者的语感,提高外语交际能力。
This paper attempts to discuss the dialectic relationship between language competence and language performance based on the linguistic theory put forward by Ferdinand de Saussure "lauge" and" parole". Attention should be paid not only to the language competence buttothelanguage performance. A virtuouseirele should be formed in the whole process ofteaehing language performance to language competence and again to language performanee. They are interdependent and complementary. The correct handling of the relationship between them can make the foundation, systemization, integrity and coordination of teaching of foreign languages, thus a sound development of it is promoted.
