摘要
探讨贫困大学生心理健康问题,为贫困大学生心理健康教育提供理论依据.通过对中部地区某大学640名大学生进行一般自我效能感和90项症状自评量表问卷测验.结果显示:贫困大学生心理健康状况及一般自我效能感显著差于非贫困大学生;一般自我效能感与SCL-90总分等显著负相关,相关系数在-.116--.268之间,高自我效能组心理健康状况显著好于低自我效能组心理健康状况.总结出贫困大学生心理健康状况显著差于非贫困大学生,提高一般自我效能感可以改善心理健康状况.
To study poor college student's psychological health is to provide theoretical foundation for their psychology health education, which is fulfilled by questionnaire of general self--performance of 640 poor students in a college in Central China and self--evaluation of 90 syndromes. The results show that, the poor students' psychological health and general self--performance are worse than that of rich students. Self--performance is inverse proportion to SCL--90, whose relative parameter is between --. 116 and --. 268. The psychological health of high self--performance is better than that of low self--performance. The paper concluded that the poor students' psychological health and general self-- performance are worse than that of rich students and we can improve their psychological health by improving their general self-- performance.
